Setting up Locations, Departments & Projects

(Administrator Users Only)

Locations

1. Settings Menu

Access the Settings tab at the bottom of the left-hand side menu

2. Locations

Select Locations under the sub menu of the Settings menu

3. + Add Location

Click on the orange ‘+ Add Location’ button in the top right hand side of the page.

4. Save

Once you have filled out as much detail as possible, click on the ‘Add Location’ button at the bottom of the page.

Departments & Projects

1. Settings Menu

Access the Settings tab at the bottom of the left-hand side menu

2. Departments & Projects

Select Departments or Projects under the sub menu of the Settings menu

3. + Add Department/+Add project

Click on the orange ‘+ Add Department’ or ‘+Add Project’ button in the top right hand side of the page.

4. Assign & Save

When adding a Department, create the department name and select a Location to assign it to from the below dropdown

When adding a Project, create the project name and select a Location and Department to assign it to from the below two dropdowns
