Uploading a Contract & Notification Creation

1. Contract Management

Click on ‘All Contracts’ under the Contract Management tab on the left-hand menu

2. Choose Contract

Scroll to the bottom of the contract page to the ‘Upload Documents’ section, choose a file to upload from your device and click ‘Upload’

3. Custom Notifications

Scroll to the bottom of the contract page to the ‘Notifications’ section. Populate the notification text in the text field and enter a date int he adjacent field. This notification will notify the users associated with the contract via email and on the Spend 365 system on the given date.
