Adding Users and Assigning Roles

(Administrator Users Only)

Adding A User

1. Settings Menu

Access the Settings tab at the bottom of the left-hand side menu

2. Users

Select Users under the sub menu of the Settings menu

3. + Add User

Click on the orange ‘+ Add User’ button in the top right hand side of the page.

4. Complete & Save

Once you have filled out as much detail as possible, click on the ‘Add User’ button at the bottom of the page.

Users Roles Types

1. Administrator

Has access to all functionality of Spend 365

2. Finance User

Has access to all functionality in Spend 365 (excluding Settings Menu)

3. Super User

Has access to all functionality of Spend 365 (Excluding Settings & Budgets)

4. Regular User

Limited functionality. Regular users can only make requests for Goods & Services and Travel & Expenses. Regular users also cannot approve anything in Spend 365
